چکیده

A large amount of collectors, inhibitors and modifiers such as oleic acid, water glass sodium carbonate are added to the flotation processing tungsten ore, resulting in difficulty suspended solids (SS) with residual settling down wastewater. The removal efficiency is low commonly used reagents like polyaluminium chloride (PAC) polyacrylamide (PAM). This paper innovatively applied calcium (CaCl2) treat wastewater optimized dosage CaCl2, PAM pH value. experimental results showed that when 595 mg/L CaCl2 was combined 21 at 12, turbidity ratio could reach 99.98%, supernatant 0.23 NTU. effluent fully meet requirements for reuse industrial, urban miscellaneous scenic environment consumption (turbidity < 5 NTU). quadratic equation model fitted Design-Expert 8.0.6 software constructed Y = 91.52 + 8.68A 1.11B − 1.02C 1.7AB 0.86AC 0.06BC 1.56A2 2.09B2 1.89C2, which had a good accuracy predicted responses versus data.

An Overview of Wastewater Treatment Processes Optimization Using Response Surface Methodology (rsm)

Optimization plays a key role in environmental engineering parameters since the best system performance mainly is on optimum point or optimum range. The majority of wastewater treatment processes are multi-variable and optimization through the classical method is inflexible, unreliable and time-consuming. Thus, response surface methodology (RSM), as a very efficient design and widely used techn...

Modeling and optimization of oil refinery wastewater chemical oxygen demand removal in dissolved air flotation system by response surface methodology

In this present study the dissolved air flotation (DAF) system was investigated for the treatment of Kermanshah Oil Refinery wastewater. The effect of three parameters on flotation efficiency including of flow rate (outflow from the flotation tank), saturation pressure and coagulant dosage on chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal was examined experimentally. All the experiments were done under a...
